About Devine Bodies Personal Training
Devine Bodies has been established in the Sydney CBD for over 15 years.
We cater for a wide cross section of people in different age groups (ranging from mid 20s to mid 80s) with varying levels of fitness, often with all types of medical conditions that require a specialised field of training and routines. Conditions that need special attention include – Depression, stress, high blood pressure, osteo arthritis, asthma, pregnancy, general injuries, medical or sporting rehabilitation.
Typical clients – Competitive athlete, social sports person, people with a sedentary lifestyles and injured individuals requiring rehabilitation.
Typical Goals – Weight reduction, body tone, cardio strength, general fitness, flexibility and agility, health improvement, special event preparation (skiing, triathlons, marathons), lifestyle enjoyment, stress relief management.
Typical activities – Strength training, indoor/outdoor cardiovascular exercises, boxing, skipping, pilates, yoga.
Our aim is to establish the motivation in our client, to continue to be regularly active and to be able to achieve their goals or challenges, ongoing while still being able to gain pleasure and enjoyment from a regular fitness program.
